بررسی کیفیت فرآیند آموزش در سازمان های دولتی شهر زاهدان

چکیده
ﻫﺪف ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ، بررسی تأثیر کیفیت فرآیند آموزش بر عملکرد سازمان های دولتی شهر زاهدان اﺳﺖ. روش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از ﻧﻮع ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ – ﭘﯿﻤﺎﯾﺸﯽ، ﻣﺒﺘﻨﯽ ﺑﺮ ﻣﻌﺎدﻻت ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎری اﺳﺖ و ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎری کارکنان سازمان های دولتی شهر زاهدان به تعداد 539 ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺣﺠﻢ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 420 نفر ﺑﻪ روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮی طبقه ای ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺑﺮآورد ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺑﺮای ﺟﻤﻊ آوری دادهﻫﺎ از ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ استاندارد کیفیت فرآیند آموزش مؤمن مقدم و همکاران (1402)و عملکرد سازمان های دولتی نوده فراهانی (1400) اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه ﮐﻪ رواﯾﯽ ﻣﺤﺘﻮاﯾﯽ و رواﯾﯽ ﺳﺎزه ﺗأﯾﯿﺪ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪه و ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ ﻧﯿﺰ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺿﺮﯾﺐ آﻟﻔﺎی ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ به ترتیب ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ ﺑﺎ 821/0 و 806/0 ﻣﺤﺎﺳﺒﻪ شده است. ﺑﺮای ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ دادهﻫﺎ از ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰارﻫﺎی آﻣﺎری spss23 و PLS3 اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎی ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻧﺸﺎن می دهد که کیفیت فرآیند آموزش تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر عملکرد سازمان های دولتی شهر زاهدان دارد. همچنین، رفتار کارکنان تأثیر بیشتری بر عملکرد سازمان های دولتی شهر زاهدان دارد.Investigating the Quality of the Education Process in Government Organizations in Zahedan City
The aim of the present study is to investigate the impact of the quality of the training process on the performance of government organizations in Zahedan. The research method is descriptive-survey type, based on structural equations, and the statistical population of employees of government organizations in Zahedan is 539. The sample size was estimated to be 420 people using the Cochran formula and stratified random sampling method. To collect data, the standard questionnaire of the quality of the educational process by Momen Moghaddam et al. (1402) and the performance of government organizations by Nodeh Farahani (1400) were used, and the content validity and construct validity were confirmed, and the reliability was calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient, which was equal to 0.821 and 0.806, respectively. SPSS23 and PLS3 statistical software were used to analyze and analyze the data. The research findings show that the quality of the educational process has a positive and significant effect on the performance of government organizations in Zahedan. Also, employee behavior has a greater effect on the performance of government organizations in Zahedan.
