Increasing competition is one of the characteristics for the market environment in the last few decades. As competition intensifies, decision making and policy making become more complicated for survival or victory in the market, and managers are noticing that short-term plans and incoherent efforts is not enough to solve complex organizational issues. Nowadays, the organizational space, working methods, individual’s relationships, communication-information systems and the adapting unpredictable requirements of the future years must be considered for programming. In this research, 30 Sepah Bank’s marketing strategies explained by experts were evaluated by customers and staff with two separated questionnaires in two stages. The results show that the views of customers and employees are different on the prioritization of strategies.

Investigating Effective Factors in Attracting Customers of Sports Venues by Combining Marketing and New Technologies(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Every year, a lot of money is spent on building new sports facilities, however, in recent years, paying attention to the needs of customers and responding to their demands in order to attract them, is one of the most important and necessary tasks. And the goals of organizations have changed the purpose of this research is to investigate the effective factors in attracting customers of sports venues by combining marketing and new technologies. The current research is an applied research. The statistical population of this research is made up of customers of sports venues in Kermanshah and Kurdistan. According to Morgan's table, 384 were randomly selected as a sample from among the customers of multi-purpose sports facilities. In order to collect information, mixed questionnaires of residential marketing (2009) and researcher-made questionnaires were used. After confirming the formal and content validity of the questionnaires by experts, reliability was calculated through Cronbach's alpha, respectively. The structural equation method was used to analyze the findings. In general, it can be acknowledged that the marketing mix and the use of information technology have a direct effect on the process of attracting customers to sports venues. Paying attention to the findings, the average of the elements of the marketing mix obtained is higher from the average. It means that the mixed elements of marketing are more than average, so it is recommended that managers, by using these strategies, highlight the competitive advantages of places through the use of physical and virtual space, as a result, customer loyalty is vital for the success of the organization. It is usually more expensive to attract new customers than to keep existing customers. Therefore, it is suggested to maintain loyal fans as a competitive asset, and one of the ways to strengthen this is through establishing a sincere, appropriate and strong cooperative relationship between service providers and beneficiaries.

The Role of Rail Transport in Economic Development: A Customer Perspective

The present study aims to examine and explain the role of rail transport in Iran’s economic development from the customers' perspective. This research was conducted using a survey method, employing a questionnaire distributed among 384 rail transport customers. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by five experts, and its reliability was assessed through Cronbach’s alpha coefficient, with values exceeding 0.7 for all variables, indicating satisfactory reliability of the measurement tool. Data analysis was performed using SPSS software. The results revealed that rail transport has a significant impact on attracting global business opportunities, economic competitiveness, traffic congestion reduction, and road maintenance. Additionally, this study examined the relationship between rail infrastructure development and its impact on economic productivity. The findings indicated that increased investment in the rail transport sector can enhance transportation efficiency and improve Iran's trade conditions. One of the most critical outcomes of this study was identifying the challenges hindering the expansion of the rail system, including high development costs and a lack of attractiveness for private investors. This research can assist policymakers in developing appropriate strategies to improve rail transport. The findings align with international studies in this field, emphasizing the importance of this sector in sustainable economic development. It is recommended that precise planning be undertaken to expand rail networks and enhance service quality in this domain
