The purpose of the research is to analyze the effects of ethical leadership and organizational politics on individual and team creativity, focusing on the mediating role of knowledge hiding. The study is a descriptive-correlational survey and is applied in terms of purpose. The statistical population included employees of selected public organizations in the Eqlid County, totaling 950 individuals. 270 individuals were selected using a non-probability convenience sampling method based on the rule of thumb for SEM as the sample. To collect data, the following measures were used: Brown's et al. (2005) Ethical Leadership scale, the Organizational Politics scale by Kacmar and Carlson (1997), the Knowledge Hiding scale by Serenko and Bontis (2016), the Individual Creativity scale by Zhou and George (2001), and the Hanke's (2006) Team Creativity scale. The validity of scales was confirmed using the content validity, and the reliability was examined using Cronbach's alpha, yielding values of 0.89 for the Ethical Leadership, 0.82 for the Organizational Politics, 0.92 for the Knowledge Hiding, 0.87 for the Individual Creativity, and 0.85 for the Team Creativity. For data analysis, SEM and the AMOS software were used. The results of the study fitted the research model, indicating that ethical leadership and organizational politics have a significant negative impact on knowledge hiding. Additionally, knowledge hiding has a significant negative effect on both individual and team creativity of employees. By reducing knowledge hiding behaviors through ethical leadership and organizational politics, the level of creativity among employees at both individual and team levels increases.

The creativity of employees is a key factor for achieving success in organizations and sustaining their competitive edge. Job burnout and poor organizational health are elements that can either hinder or foster organizational creativity; hence, the current study aimed to explore the predictive influence of components of organizational creativity on job burnout and the organizational health of high school educators. The study utilized a correlation-predictive research design. The study population consisted of all educators teaching in high schools in Zahedan City, Iran, during the academic year 2024-2025. From the aforementioned statistical population, a random cluster sampling method was used to select a sample of 150 teachers. To gather the data, Amabile's Organizational Creativity Questionnaire (2001), Maslach and Jackson's Burnout Questionnaire (1981), and Hoy and Feldman's Organizational Health Questionnaire (1996) were employed, and the data of this research were examined using Pearson's correlation test and stepwise regression through SPSS version 16 software. The correlation findings indicated a notable negative connection between the components of creativity (fluidity, flexibility, innovation, and expansion) and burnout, as well as a significant positive connection with organizational health (P<0.05). The regression analysis results indicated that within the organizational creativity elements, the innovation element displayed a predictive impact (Beta=-0.23) on burnout, while the expansion element exhibited a predictive influence (Beta=0.34) on organizational health (P<0.05). Consequently, due to the impact of organizational creativity on lowering burnout and enhancing organizational well-being, it is advised that practitioners focus closely on the creativity of teachers.

The objective of this study was to explore the influence of organizational ergonomics on the burnout experienced by administrative personnel at the University of Sistan and Baluchestan, Zahedan, Iran. The utilized research approach was of a descriptive correlation-predictive nature. The study's statistical population included all administrative personnel at the University of Sistan and Baluchestan. The study sample included 130 individuals (54 males and 76 females) chosen through convenience sampling and took part in the research. A questionnaire on burnout and organizational ergonomics was utilized to gather data. The research data were analyzed using the Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise regression. The correlation coefficient results indicated that the emotional exhaustion sub-scale exhibited a negative and significant correlation with scores in engineering psychology, work physiology, anthropometry, and job biomechanics (p<.05). The depersonalization sub-scale exhibited a negative and significant relationship with scores in engineering psychology, work physiology, and anthropometry (p<.05). However, no notable relationship was found between depersonalization and job biomechanics. The personal accomplishment sub-scale showed a positive and significant relationship with engineering psychology, work physiology, and anthropometry (p<.05). However, there was no notable correlation between the personal accomplishment sub-scale and job biomechanics. The findings from stepwise regression indicated that anthropometric measures accounted for 25.4% of the variance in emotional exhaustion, while work physiology accounted for 11.3% and 12.7% of the variance in depersonalization and personal accomplishment, respectively. It is concluded that appropriate organizational ergonomics leads to enhanced productivity and diminishes occupational stress, particularly job burnout.

Given the severe psychological stress of teachers in educational settings, it is of particular value to pay attention to improving their psychological well-being and to identify the factors that contribute to the decrease or increase in teachers' psychological well-being. For this reason, the aim of the present study was to investigate the role of predictor variables of psychological resilience, happiness, and mindfulness in the criterion variable of teachers' psychological well-being. For this reason, 113 people were selected from the statistical population of elementary school teachers in Rasht in the academic year (2023-2024) using the convenience sampling method and responded to the questionnaires of psychological well-being (Reif and Keyes, 1995), psychological resilience (Connor and Davidson, 2003), Oxford Happiness (Hills and Argyle, 2002), and Freiburg Mindfulness (Wallach et al., 2006). The results were analyzed in SPSS22 software using Pearson's correlation coefficient and stepwise regression, and the results showed that the relationship between psychological resilience and psychological well-being (r=0.61), the relationship between happiness and psychological well-being (r=0.49), and the relationship between mindfulness and psychological well-being (r=0.41) was positive and significant (p<0.01), and the three variables explained 50% of the variance in the changes in teachers' psychological well-being. Therefore, the psychological well-being of elementary school teachers can be predicted based on psychological resilience, mindfulness, and happiness.
