Critical Analysis of the Concepts of Determinism and Delegation (Jabr and Tafwiz) with an Emphasis on the Supplications of Sahifah Sajjadiyyah

The issue of determinism (jabr) and free will (ikhtiyar), and humanity's role in creating its actions, is one of the oldest theological questions. When confronting it, three distinct theological approaches have emerged: determinism (jabr), delegation (Tafwiz), and an affair between two affairs (amr bayn al-amrayn). Following their religious leaders, Imamiyyah theologians have adopted the third approach. To prove and explain it, they've used numerous rational and transmitted proofs, while also critically analyzing the other two viewpoints. Although various books and articles have been written on the critical examination of the concepts of determinism (jabr) and delegation (Tafwiz), what distinguishes this research is its critical analysis of these ideas through an analytical study of the Sahifah Sajjadiyyah's supplications. This approach, in itself, offers innovation in the field of theological discussions. Ultimately, this research concludes that free will (ikhtiyar) and choice are crucial human characteristics that exist within the scope of God's will and power. By utilizing these, humans are considered the direct agents of their actions. مسأله جبر و اختیار و نقش انسان در خلق اعمال یکی از قدیمی ترین مسائل اعتقادی است که در مواجه با آن سه رویکرد کلامی جبر، تفویض و أمر بین الأمرین مطرح شده است؛ متکلمان امامیه به تبعیت از پیشوایان دینی رویکرد سوم را پذیرفته و برای اثبات و تبیین آن از ادله عقلی و نقلی متعددی بهره جسته و به نقد دو رویکرد دیگر پرداختنه اند. هر چند پیرامون بررسی انتقادی اندیشه جبر و تفویض کتاب و مقالات مختلفی تحریر شده است، ولی آنچه این پژوهش را متمایز می سازد بررسی انتقادی آنها با بررسی تحلیلی دعاهای صحیفه سجادیه است که به نوبه خود از نوآوری در حوزه مباحث اعتقادی برخوردار است. در فرجام این تحقیق معلوم می گردد که اختیار و اراده از ویژگی های مهم انسان است که در طول اراده و قدرت پروردگار قرار دارد و انسان با بهره گرفتن از آن فاعل مباشر فعل به شمار می رود. در این پژوهش، از روش توصیفی-تحلیلی بهره گرفته شده و داده ها با اتکا به منابع کتابخانه ای و اسنادی گردآوری و بررسی شده ا
